Pasta Casalinga is a small lunchtime pasta shop in the heart of Pike Place Market. Friends for decades, co-owners Michela and Nathan bring their respective Italian and Northwestern roots together to create rustic, homestyle, everyday pasta dishes to feed and create community.

Creste di Galli is a short, curved  pasta with a ruffled edge that runs along the length of the outside curve. Creste di Galli is suitable for serving with meat sauces and for use in casseroles.
