A beautiful & equally flavorful autumn salad! Roasted carrots with jewel-toned pomegranate on a bed of chopped dark leafy tuscan kale & arugula. Toss at home with sweet & tangy pomegranate vinaigrette. Served with toasted pecans & feta on the side (dairy and cut free without the feta and pecans). Serves 2.
