The bread is best enjoyed on the day of delivery, but can be kept in the freezer in a plastic bag to preserve it's shelf life, or on the counter in a paper bag for up the 3 days before reheating in the oven. Tall Grass doesn't recommend refrigerating the bread, as the texture suffers.
