Shipping Policy
Maven Meals are available for local delivery to pre-determined locations.  Meals are packaged and shipped privately by Household Maven, LLC.  Orders are shipped on day of delivery, determined by delivery destination.  All orders will be delivered within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to delivery day.  Upon order cancellation Household Maven, LLC will credit your card.

Return Policy

RETURNS PROCESSING

Credit Card
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
