Tall Grass Bakery is located in the neighborhood of Ballard and is known for making handmade yummy artisan bread!

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, filtered water, organic whole stone-milled corn, yeast, sea salt

Serving Size: 1 small loaf ~22 oz

The bread is best enjoyed on the day of delivery, but can be kept in the freezer in a plastic bag to preserve it's shelf life, or on the counter in a paper bag for up the 3 days before reheating in the oven. Tall Grass doesn't recommend refrigerating the bread, as the texture suffers.

Ingredients: Red lentils, quinoa, yellow onions, celery, panko, oats, flour, parsley, garlic, salt, non gmo canola oil , cumin, curry powder (spices (including red pepper) and turmeric), smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, bay leaves
