Pecan-Crusted Sockeye Salmon
Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon ready to top with our creamy dijon sauce and a crunchy pecan crust, this dish is going to be a knockout on your dinner table!
Ingredients: Sockeye salmon, pecan pieces, dijon mustard: (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, citric acid, potassium metabisulfite), mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium edta, natural flavors), black pepper
Serving Size: Approximately 6 oz filet , 1 TB crushed pecans, and 2 TB dijon sauce
Eat Within: 2 days
Instructions: Slather sauce on salmon, top with crushed pecans, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until flaky.
