Is Maven truly a no subscription meal delivery company?
Yes. Maven Meals doesn’t offer subscriptions, pre-defined meal plans, or employ deceptive enrollment practices. We let our food and our service speak for itself. Try our meals, and you’ll want to order again. We won’t need to trick you.
What we’re not
We are not a meal kit. You will not get a box of raw ingredients and a recipe card. Every dish arrives cooked, portioned and ready to heat.
We are not a national delivery brand. There is no warehouse in Ohio. Everything is prepared and packaged in Maven’s commercial kitchen in SeaTac by our team, then delivered straight to your doorstep at home or work. The national services solve the distance problem by freezing everything and shipping it across the country in dry ice. That works. It also means the food in the box was cooked at some point nobody can tell you. Ours was cooked this week, a few miles (or less) away from you.
Can I change or cancel my order, and when do orders close each week?
Maven’s order window closes Sunday night at midnight, with meal deliveries following Monday through Wednesday. Up until that deadline you can change or cancel your order yourself, right in your account.
After the window closes, the kitchen has already bought the food and started prepping. Give us a call and we will do what we can, though we cannot promise it.
How does the food arrive?
Your meals arrive in sealed containers, each labeled with heating instructions and a full ingredient list. Most things keep for four to five days in the fridge.
Nothing is frozen on arrival unless you ordered it from the Stock Your Freezer menu, which gives you the chance to stock up on your favorites from our current or most recent menus.
What is the meal delivery fee?
There are no delivery fee surprises: $4.99 flat delivery, free on orders over $95, and no minimum order ever.
There are also two ways around the fee entirely.
Get your building in on it. When three or more people in the same building order in the same week, everyone gets the delivery fee credited back. It works in apartment buildings and office suites, and it is how most of our regulars stopped paying for delivery.
Come get it. Choose Store Pickup at checkout and grab your order from the kitchen at 2351 South 200th Street, SeaTac, WA 98198. Pickups are ready from 10 a.m. Monday, and you are welcome any day Monday through Wednesday. You will get an email the moment yours is ready.

What happens if my delivery isn’t accurate?
