How to read these labels.
Every dish is assessed for allergens. A label appears only where the claim is
confirmed, so no label means the dish does not meet that claim.
Nuts are the exception.
We flag the dishes that have them, rather than labeling the ones
that do not. Those dishes read “Contains nuts,” or “Nuts on
the side” where the nuts are served separately. To see only nut-free
dishes, use the Nut-free filter. Questions about a specific dish?

This furikake bagel is packed with bold, savory flavor! It’s topped with a tasty mix of seaweed, bonito flakes, dried mushrooms, sesame seeds, onion, garlic, and a touch of salt. Inspired by the popular Japanese seasoning. It’s perfect on its own or with your favorite spread!
Hand rolled by Zylberschtein's Bakery in the Pinehurst neighborhood in Seattle, these bagels are made from a sourdough starter and local-grown milled flour from Cairnsprings Mill in Bellingham and Small's Family Farm in Walla Walla.
