Crispy Albacore Cakes - Stock Your Freezer

Albacore tuna is folded in with a blend of veggies, panko breadcrumbs. Crisp up in a pan over medium high heat, or toss in panko at home for an extra layer of crispiness!  Served with a freshly made tartar sauce!

Ingredients: Tuna, panko, celery, mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium edta, natural flavors), red onion, caper, dijon (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, citric acid, potassium metabisulfite), egg, rosemary

Serving Size: Three ~2.5 oz tuna cakes with 1/2 cup panko & 1/4 cup tartar sauce

Eat Within: 3 days

Instructions: Press thawed cakes with panko if desired, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat, cook 4-5 minutes per side or until crispy
