No Thanksgiving is complete without this! Spiced, roasted sweet potatoes that are whipped and topped with a dusting of cinnamon brown sugar and toasted pecans for just the right amount of sweetness (brown sugar and pecan mix served on the side).

Ingredients: Yam, sugar, brown sugar, egg, butter, pecan, flour, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon

Serving Size: 3/4 cup casserole + 1 oz pecan-sugar topping
