Tall Grass Bakery is located in the neighborhood of Ballard and is known for making handmade yummy artisan bread!

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, filtered water, organic honey, yeast, sea salt

Notes: Enjoy! Or reheat in a warm oven with a little moisture in a pan underneath the loaf. The bread is best enjoyed on the day of delivery, but can be kept in the freezer in a plastic bag to preserve it's shelf life, or on the counter in a paper bag for up the 3 days before reheating in the oven. Tall Grass doesn't recommend refrigerating the bread, as the texture suffers.
