Tender grilled chicken is marinated in a zesty Vietnamese lime sauce, then paired with fragrant coconut rice for the perfect balance of tang and richness. It’s a fresh, flavor-packed dish that helped us clinch the title—and one you’ll crave long after the last bite.

Served with roasted peanuts (Served on the side - dish is nut free without)

Ingredients: Chicken thighs (boneless, skin on), honey, chili garlic sauce (chili, garlic, salt, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite as preservatives), non gmo canola oil , shallots, rice wine vinegar, chicken stock, Makrut lime leaves, peanuts (served on the side) , Jasmine rice, coconut milk powder (coconut extract, hydrolysed starch, dairy milk protein (trace amount), and tricalcium phosphate), Makrut lime leaves

Serving Size: 7.5 oz chicken thighs and 1 TB peanuts (served on side) abd 1 cup coconut rice
