Bourbon-Glazed Salmon
Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon marinated briefly in bourbon, soy sauce, and oil, then broiled to crispy perfection.
Ingredients: Wild sockeye salmon, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), whiskey, non gmo canola oil , lime juice, garlic, ginger
Serving Size: Approximately 6 oz filet, 2 oz bourbon marinade
Eat Within: 2 days
Instructions: Marinate, skin side up for 20 minutes, then roast skin side down at 425 for 7+ minutes until just flakey!
