Chicken Tinga

All-natural chicken slow cooked with a smoky chipotle tomato sauce. Served with cotija cheese. Yum!

Ingredients: Chicken thigh, chicken breast, Yellow onions, cotija (served on the side), Chipotle in adobo, salt, oregano, garlic, cumin, Canned tomatoes

Serving Size: 10 oz Chicken Tinga and 1 TB cotija cheese

Eat Within: 4 days

Instructions: Heat chicken tinga over medium heat on stove top for 5 minutes until warmed through. Add cotija cheese & enjoy!
