Ingredients: Cod, corn meal, shredded coconut, macadamia nuts, lime zest, barley malt extract, salt

Serving Size: Approximately 6 oz filet + 3 tablespoons coconut crust. Freezer after 2 days if needed.

Eat Within: 2 days

Instructions: Press mixture onto fish & bake at 425 for 5-10 minutes until golden & flaky.
