Components for 2 tacos: ~6oz cod fillet, 2 corn tortillas, 1 tsp baja seasoning 3 TB guacamole, 1/4 cup baja taco onions

Heating instructions
Sprinkle fish with your desired amount of seasoning., Heat 1-2 tbs oil over medium heat. Saute fish for 3-5 minutes per side until flakey & Build tacos as you like!!
