Dijon Dilly Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
Salmon fillets generously spread with homemade Dijonnaise and fresh dill. Broil to golden = moist perfection!
Ingredients: Sockeye salmon, mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium edta, natural flavors), dijon (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, citric acid, potassium metabisulfite), dill, black pepper
Serving Size: Approximately 6 oz filet + 1.5 oz sauce
Eat Within: 2 days
Instructions: Spread sauce over fish covering the fillet. Cook at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes until the fish can be flaked apart with a fork easily.
