Falafel Salad with Tahini Dressing

Green garbanzo beans make up these fluffy falafel morsels that we serve atop an arugula salad, topped with Mama Lil's Peppers, feta, kalamata olives, and a creamy tahini dressing.

Ingredients: Garbanzo beans, spices, onion, parsley, non gmo canola oil , arugula, gluten free soy sauce, lemon, feta, kalamata olives, tahini, non gmo olive oil canola blend , pickled peppers, ginger, garlic

Serving Size: 2.5 oz arugula, 8 falafel, 1/4 cup feta-pepper-olive mix, and 2 oz vinaigrette

Eat Within: 5 days

Instructions: Heat falafel in oven @425 for 5-10 minutes. Toss arugula with dressing, falafel, and feta mix - Enjoy!
