Thinly, grilled pork steaks that are marinated in an umami packed sauce full of bright lemongrass, shallots, garlic, and a touch of sugar! We are serving this alongside a purple cabbage & pickled onion slaw that is tossed in a traditional nuoc cham vinaigrette that is bright & acidic.

Ingredients: Sliced pork butt steaks, purple slaw, brown sugar, red onions, fish sauce (anchovy extract, water, salt), lemongrass, shallots, rice vinegar, canola oil, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, corn starch, water, garlic, baking soda, kosher salt, oregano, ginger, sriracha chili (chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulfite, xanthan gum)

Serving Size: 10-12 oz Lemongrass Pork Steak & 1 cup Nuoc Cham Slaw

Eat Within: 3 days

Instructions: Reheat steak over medium-high heat for 30 seconds - 1 minute per side until warmed through. Enjoy with slaw!
