A longtime Maven Favorite! Garbanzo beans with homemade taco seasoning served with shredded cabbage, black olives, a vegan cumin lime sauce (contains cashews) and house-made salsa on corn tortillas.

Ingredients: Garbanzo bean, tomato, cabbage, corn tortilla (corn masa flour, water, cellulose gum, propionic acid (to preserve freshness), benzoic acid (to preserve freshness), phosphoric acid (preservative), guar gum, amylase), yellow onion, green onion, black olive, jalapeno, mint, cashew, rice wine vinegar, lime, garlic, salt, chili powder, cumin, baking soda

Serving Size: 1 cup garbanzo bean filling, 2 corn tortilla, 1 oz cashew cumin lime sauce, 2 TB black olives, 1/4 cup salsa, 2 oz slaw mix

Eat Within: 5 days

Instructions: Reheat garbanzos over medium heat in a skillet for 5+ minutes until hot throughout. Put into tortillas & top with goodies.
