Kung Pao Chickpeas
Super tasty veggie version of this Chinese favorite! Sweet, spicy and crispy chickpeas topped with cashews (served on the side).
Ingredients: Garbanzo beans, red onion, cashews (served on the side), green onion, cilantro, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, chili flakes, baking soda
Serving Size: 2 cups chickpeas + 2 TB cashews on the side
Eat Within: 5 days
Instructions: Reheat on stovetop over medium heat until heated through. Or in a heat safe dish reheat in microwave @ 50% power for 2-3 minutes. Top with cashews.
