Lemon Parsley Orzo

A light side dish of orzo that has been gently tossed with fresh parsley and a lemon-olive oil sauce.

Ingredients: Orzo (durum wheat semolina. niacin, ferrous lactate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), olive oil, lemon, parsley, salt

Serving Size: 1 cup

Eat Within: 5 days

Instructions: Reheat on stovetop over medium heat for 3-5 min until hot.
