A blend of fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers herbs and chickpeas with a lemon-garlic vinaigrette and feta (served on the side- dairy free without).
Ingredients: Chickpeas, cucumber, grape tomatoes, bell pepper, feta (served on the side), non gmo olive oil canola blend , green onion, lemon juice, mint, parsley, salt, sumac, cumin, baking soda
