Our vegan & updated version of the classic Beef Bourguignon is rich with flavor and ready to amp up your holiday dinner table!

A tender portobello mushroom cap is stuffed with a slow braised bourguignon and french lentil sauce comprised of red wine, sweet carrots, caramelized shallots, and earthy mushrooms. Delicious!
